Cancer Program
Migun of Canton will be offering it's services, free of charge, for infrared massage therapy for those currently receiving chemotherapy or radiation therapy for cancer of any type. This offer will be available for clients during the full course of their cancer treatment. Our customary charge for six months treatment is $499.00.
We are soliciting sponsors from the Canton area to assist in supporting our local residents suffering from this serious malady. Your participation in this benevolent venture will be greatly appreciated and duly noted by our clients.
I would like to convey that I was personally diagnosed with breast cancer in June, 2007. After undergoing a total mastectomy, I was treated with a six-month course of chemotherapy. This experience played a major role in my decision to pursue this program. I know that comradery between cancer patients, as could be had at our facility, plays a significant role in alleviating the emotional pain and isolation that so often accompanies this disease.
